Sue the Airlines is  a nonprofit organization dedicated to public interest and providing useful information to consumers adversely affected by air travel to seek redress from offending airlines. In addition, Sue the Airlines seeks to advance the rights of airline passengers.  Our website:

• Seeks to educate consumers about Small Claims Court, a fast and easy legal option for seeking to remedy claims you may have against an airline.
• Provides a message board as a forum for you to seek advice from fellow passengers and from our on-staff attorneys.
• Provides a claim form where you can submit a brief summary of a claim you may have against an airline and Sue the Airlines will consider, in its sole discretion, offering financial or legal support as to certain claims.
• Will be expanded to offer other resources for those seeking to pursue legal claims outside the jurisdiction of the small claims forum
• Provides an avenue to help you voice your frustration over the dwindling quality of airline services, not only to your fellow travelers, but to reach Congressman on the Aviation Subcommittee who propose legislation affecting the quality of your air travel, and by partnering with other organizations, such as flyersrights.com, that are seeking to advance the rights of airline passengers. 
• Is constantly being updated, and more resources are being added, to assist airline passengers who have been poorly treated by airlines.

The founding members of Sue the Airlines are frequent airline passengers who have decided for too long airlines have gotten away with mistreating passengers.  It is our hope and mission at Sue the Airlines to provide travelers with the knowledge necessary to make a stand for your legal rights telling the airline industry enough is enough.
